Job Description : We are looking for a store manager for a retail chain in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Sales and Marketing: Ensure the achievement of the sales targets and at the same time delivering the quality service.Promotion implementation in co-ordination with Marketing and analyzing the post promotional sales and the impact.

Manage the operational activities: To manage the retail store consistently. Implement standard operating procedure (SOP) & ensuring the same has been followed across the store.

Business Development: Analyzing and understanding the customer needs and suggestions and providing follow-ups for the same with support from head office. Building up strong relationship with customers and developing customer knowledge databases.

Financial Perspective: Achieving revenue and profit goals. Monitoring the expenses through efficient operations.

Inventory management: Ensuring the availability of the stock at all times. Keeping a close watch in relation to the inward & outward of stock on daily basis. Maintenance of Inventory from theft and breakage etc. Inspect merchandise to ensure it is displayed properly in order to maintain best VM standards in the store.

People Management: Training and development of staff in the required fields to perform his/her job effectively. Responsible for staff scheduling i.e. work assignment/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, and employee breaks, back-up for absent employees and shift rotations.
