Job Description : The Challenge:

That’s why we need you, an experienced Strategy Consultant who knows how to analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and use your specialized experience to give them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision.
As a Strategy Consultant on our team, you’ll build an overall picture of your client’s current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. Through discussions and workshops with leadership and external stakeholders, you will identify and innovate the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a solid understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you will present the path forward – and the expected results – to leadership and clients. This is your chance to gain experience in a wide spectrum of capabilities, including strategy development, organization transformation, performance improvement, human capital culture, change management, IT strategy, business architecture, and Cybersecurity strategy and implementation while establishing your consulting skills. You Have:
3+ years of experience in a professional work environment
Experience with using Microsoft Office
Ability to communicate complex topics to diverse audiences in verbal and written forms
Ability to travel internationally up to 75% of the time
Scheduled to obtain a Master of Business Administration degree by June 2022
