Job Description:
We have an opening for the post of Student Counselor for a company in the Education Industry at the Thane location.

Job Description :

The ideal candidate should be a very motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of
prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

Executing Student Counseling over call and in-person
Demonstrating and presenting Career Qualifications & Programs
Developing effective student/prospects pipeline
Efficient follow-up towards the closing of enrollments
Meeting targeted admissions as per the timeline
Developing a healthy relationship with new and existing students
Coordination with students through various digital channels for sharing information
Promoting programs through cold calling and referral marketing.
Setting up Career meetings/counseling with potential students and understanding their career needs and concerns

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Commerce or equivalent experience in Business / MBA
1+ years of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary: 18,000 INR / per month
