Position : Student Services Coordinator

Job Description : WCUI School of Medical Imaging is looking for a Student Services Coordinator to work on campus at our private postsecondary institution. Minimum two years’ applicable experience and bachelors degree required.
Our ideal candidate will have:

Strong motivational skills, oral and written communication proficiency.
Excellent student customer service.
Strong technical skills including all computer applications, internet research, database management, and analytical skills.
Strong documentation skills.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, perform well under pressure, meet deadlines, and work a student-centric schedule.
Individual must be professional in all aspects of the position including appearance, demeanor, and attitude and consistently display the highest level of integrity

Responsibilities include:

Utilize appropriate tracking systems and other resources for early identification of at-risk students and coordinates success strategies, services, and resources.
Monitor students’ attendance and academic performance on a weekly basis, progress toward program completion, providing or recommending interventions as needed.
Assess individual student needs, making appropriate referrals to campus services and resources as needed, and aids students in establishing realistic and attainable academic goals.
Maintain records documenting counseling and advising sessions including meeting overviews, progress notes, referrals, and follow up activities.
Maintain knowledge of programs, campus resources, information systems, and policies and procedures.
Additional job-related duties as required and assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour
