Studio Production Coordinator (Contract) – PlayStation Studios Sound
Los Angeles, CA
This is a long-term contracted position through our staffing partner DZConneX.
You are:
A multi-tasker with strong administration and coordination skills to assist with our Casting and Dialogue efforts within PlayStation Studios Sound. You are natural operating in a fast-paced environment and have a seamless ability to communicate with staff members, supporting vendors and AAA talent.
As it turns out:
We are looking for a Studio Production Coordinator who would be responsible for department support including project coordination, financial and administrative tasks. This position will work with the production department to ensure that the department, the games, and the staff have what is needed for success. This position will also work with dialogue supervisors and casting/talent management professionals to make some of the most exciting AAA games for PlayStation.
Responsibilities:

Support the casting and dialogue service by working with legal department to draft talent and service agreements and arranging talent payments with the accounting department.
Support Talent Services by booking talent travel, assisting talent with needs during recording sessions and mocap shoots, arranging and tracking studio booking following current covid guidelines with regards to talent and staff attendance.
Create contracts for services and goods, purchase orders and receive/submit invoices for payment.
Provide accounting support consisting of monthly forecasts, accruals, and budget tracking
Provide general administrative support for the department including but not limited to scheduling meetings, arranging travel, processing expense reports, planning events, generating reports, etc.
Arrange security/visitor badges, receive visitors, and escort them to meetings/studio
Note taking and organization for casting and dialogue meetings, recording/VO and motion capture sessions
Assist with any facility related requests and events on-site and off-site such as studio lunches, all-hands meetings
Support presentation creation/maintenance as necessary
Frequent contact with all levels of Sony Interactive Entertainment and extended Sony Group
Send/receive mail and packages

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant work experience
At least 3 years of administrative or relevant work experience
Experience working between multiple time zones
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality/discretion
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with AAA talent and recording studio staff
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Detailed oriented with ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently
Strong problem-solving skills
Self-starter and results-oriented
Ability to work independently on difficult projects with minimal supervision
Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word), Concur, and SAP, a plus
