Job Description : Red Bull’s legal department is looking for a summer associate to support the transactional and litigation teams for 10 weeks.

EXPECTATIONS

Responsible for a variety of matters. Summer Associate will support 11 in-house attorneys on the following kinds of matters: commercial contract review and negotiation (sales, distribution, operations, real estate, HR, etc.); litigation; general marketing review and contracting; technology and data privacy; and strategic projects.
Research latest developments affecting the business.
Receive training on drafting and negotiation.
Gain exposure to U.S. and international projects.
Conduct administrative tasks and other special project work as needed.

EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:

Currently enrolled as a first- or second-year full-time law student in a Los Angeles area law school.
Strong academic credentials; ranked in top 30% of class.
Prior work experience in a corporate environment preferred.
Excellent analytical and drafting skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels; a team player.
Bachelor’s degree required, must be currently enrolled as a first- or second-year full-time law student in the Los Angeles area
Must be fluent in English
