Job Description : Summer Art Camp Counselor
Do you love to teach kids about art? This is the job for you! Our Summer Camps are nothing but FUN all day long! You get to teach kids basic art principles, guide them in their craft projects and show them how to make cool stuff. This is a temporary summer job, and is great for high school and college students looking to earn a little extra income over the summer. Here are some quick facts about this opportunity:
-Camp days are Monday through Friday, 12pm-4pm. When you apply for this job, you must commit to the full week!
-Multiple weeks are available for camp sign ups. They go through June and July.
-Camps consist of multiple children ages 8-12, and number of kids in any week depends on the number of sign ups (up to 16/week)
Art Camp Counselor MUST HAVES:
-You must be at least 16 years of age. Prior camp counselor experience is preferred.
-You must have some fine art experience/knowledge.
-You must have reliable transportation to and from work, must be punctual and show up for each day of your chosen week(s) for the full 4 hours (plus set up and clean up time)
-You must have a great attitude and enjoy working with kids!
