If you have excellent organizational and team management skills and experience in the food industry, we’d like to meet you.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:Assisting the shift manager in delegating responsibilities to staff members, ensuring they complete them efficiently & accurately, and supervising their performance.Keeping track of inventory, making sure every area is fully stocked, and supplies are kept in sanitary conditions.Ensuring excellent hospitality and customer serviceDevelop strong relationships with the team to create a collaborative team atmosphere.Managing dining reservations and addressing diners’ queries.Be a positive member of PizzaPort to create brand awareness and loyalty, and to build strong customer relationships.Communicating with staff regarding new company procedures, sales incentives, and product information.Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.WHO CAN APPLY:Only those candidates can apply who:1. are available for full-time internship.2. are available for the duration of 3 months.3. have relevant skills and interests.Each role has unique responsibilities and is vital to the success of PizzaPort.PREFERRED SKILLS:Any bachelor’s or master’s degree.Culinary arts degree (preferred)Language: English (Fluent).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitudeAvailability to work different shifts, including nights and weekends.Understanding of different culinary profiles and techniquesThe ability to work in a multi-tasking environmentA customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints with professionalism.You must be calm and patient to make sure a customer complaint doesn’t flare up into an argument and is handled professionally.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, InternshipContract length: 3 monthsPart-time hours: 20-40 per weekSalary: ₹5,000.00 – ₹6,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEvening shiftFlexible shiftNight shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Aliganj, Lucknow – 226024, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Application Question(s):Will you be able to come to our office (Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh) for the interview?Education:Diploma (Preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred)Night Shift (Preferred)
