Job Summary
Sundeck Cashiers will be providing a world class dining experience on our Sundeck, a lively and bustling rooftop F&B operations.
Job Duties
Set up and break down of a concession style line
Able to effectively work on a POS system and process house charge/credit card transactions
Maintaining the workability and organization of the Sundeck line throughout shift
Effective and ongoing communication between BOH, Sundeck Runners and Sundeck Maintenance team
Keeping all service areas, including dining areas, clean and sanitized
Maintaining pars and requisitioning product for replenishment
Able to quickly respond to changes in service
Ensuring members and their guests have a memorable dining experience
All other job duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Prior hospitality and/or retail experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills
Enjoys working outdoors and able to multitask
Has an enthusiasm for hospitality
Schedule
Saturdays and Sundays 10am-6pm are required
Required dates include Memorial weekend, Labor Day weekend and 4th of July
Requires availability from May until the end of September
