Job Description : Department Engineering Reporting to Project Engineer Purpose: Responsible to get the work done from Contractors /Labors as per daily work plan. Sr.No Key Accountabilities Description 1 Work Execution Understand work requirements from Project Engineer and allot work to Contractors/Labors. Ensure work is completed by Contractor as per schedule. Ensure availability of material and machines on time at project site as per work requirement 2 Labour Management & Safety Maintain daily labor attendance and ensure utilization of labor is done properly/effectively. Provide support to Project Engineer for safety compliance on project site and for other work as per requirement 3 MIS & Reporting Complete labour related formalities/documentation (daily register, PPE’s) and maintain records in ERP. Attend daily/weekly/monthly meetings as per schedule and provide reports to Management as per requirement Competencies: Knowledge Technical Skills Labour Management, Safety Compliance Behavioral Skills Time Management, Coordination Skills, Client Service & Result Orientation
