Job Description : We are seeking a committed Surgical and Clinic Coordinator who is team-oriented and searching for an opportunity to provide compassionate care and support to Cancer patients in Santa Monica, CA.

Required qualifications in this position includes:

Two (2) years experience in medical office/surgery scheduling and prior auth experience
Able to handle multiple tasks and appropriately prioritize
Able to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy in accordance to hospital policy

Preferred qualifications in this position includes:

Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with Epic EMR
Surgery Coordination
Billing/Charge review
Authorization experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift

High school or equivalent (Required)

Epic: 1 year (Preferred)
medical office: 1 year (Preferred)
