Key Responsibilities : 1 Good exposure to different flavors of LINUX Especially SUSE, REDHAT 2 Good exposure in LINUX Admin with Basic working Knowledge on Cloud platform 3 Good Exposure on patching and vulnerability remediations 4 Good Team Management Skills 5 Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Technical Experience : A 7 Years in Linux Installation, Configuration and administration B Deep Understanding of LINUX concepts C Knowledge and expertise of Pacemaker Clusters D Demonstrated Experience in handling day-to-day UNIX-LINUX operating system installation, migration and break-fix support E Experience on Microsoft Azure platform F Daily operational RUN support for Cloud servers G Knowledge on Ticketing tools Service Now Preferred Knowledge on Incident, Problem and change management
Professional Attributes : 1 Good Team Management skills 2 Ability to structure and draft technical documentations 3 Strong working knowledge of ITIL processes 4 Flexibility to work in rotating shifts24x7 , weekend supports as per Client demands
