WE ARE LOOKING FOR

System Administrator

Must have competencies:

Active Directory (Access/Identity, Manage/Protect) experience
Windows Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP
Server 2016/2019 Windows 8/10
Identity and privileged access management for on premise and hybrid cloud-based
Security conscious mindset – Familiar with ISO27001 and/or ITIL.
Experience with resources, tagging and key metrics monitoring and high availability concepts
Familiar RBAC
Scripting – Powershell or Terraform
Should have knowledge of any monitoring tools :
Basic networking knowledge
DNS
DHCP
Office 365 hands on
Hardware basics
Virtualization – VMWare, HyperV (Preferred), etc.

Technical Requirements (Good to Have):

Experienced with the Azure portal and services on Compute, Storage and Networking, Azure IAAS services
Azure Load Balancer patterns & Recovery Services Vault – high availability concepts
Office 365/Microsoft 365 – Global site administration, DLP, security & compliance
Microsoft OneDrive, Teams admin management
Azure Backup – MABS or equivalent
Experience on Grafana
HCI, SAN Storage, Hyper-V
AZ-104/103 and/or AZ-500 certification
MCSE certification on Cloud Platform and Infrastructure is an advantage
Understanding of Linux System Administration
Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Azure Kubernetes Services
Knowledge of using Terraform and other DevOps tools
Monitoring (Grafana or Prometheus),
Familiar with Cisco & Juniper routers / switches is an advantage

Other Skills:

Experience working with and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
Analytical skills and a pragmatic approach
Show initiative and you have a natural sense of responsibility
Communicative and a team player mindset
