Job Description : Role and Responsibility Details:
1.Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop problems for end users.
2.Software/hardware/network troubleshooting
3.Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 7, windows 8, windows 10, windows server 2012,and Microsoft Office 2014 and any other authorized desktop applications
4.Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications and networking and hardware problems to help minimize downtime
5.Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment
6.Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment
7.Maintain overall ownership of user’s issue & service ensuring that they receive resolution within a reasonable time-frame.
8.Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
9.Managing Antivirus client and servers
10. Managing Windows Update Services
