Are you an experienced recruiter with a desire to have a powerful impact in the lives of others?
Danville Services Corporation is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager who will thrive in a pioneering leadership role. Our corporate office is in Salt Lake County, Utah; however, our programs span four states: Utah, Nevada, Oregon, and Arizona. This role is uniquely situated to collaborate with Danville’s leadership across multiple states and service offerings, with the goal of developing talent acquisition processes and strategies that allow every corner of the company to successfully staff and support our mission. The ideal candidate will utilize their knowledge and experience to develop a recruiting system that is in harmony with the needs of our programs. Understanding Danville’s culture is a crucial step toward identifying the optimal pool of employees necessary for the individuals in our care to flourish and find happiness in their lives.
Requirements
Candidates should have a highly proficient knowledge of recruitment strategy and execution with practical experience to back it up. Experience working in human services or the disability services field is a definite plus. Additional qualifications include:

Outgoing personality who works well with a variety of people, embraces the importance of cultivating positive working relationships and developing shared goals across the entire organization.
Ability to lead and manage the complexities of growing Danville’s workforce to meet the needs of the people we support.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
An understanding of the latest and best talent acquisition strategies and practices to maximize the effectiveness of recruiting tools, resources, and networking services.
Experience providing coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams.
Ability to manage Danville Services’ applicant tracking system, website, and social media platforms as it pertains to recruitment strategies and talent marketing.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office and competency managing data within cloud-based applications.
Ability to track, report, and communicate trends, as well as define requirements throughout the full-cycle recruitment process.
