Job Description : JOB PURPOSE The job holder would be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency and balance sheet integrity, cutting time to close and safeguards compliance with regulatory requirements. The job holder should possess expertise in review of tax data, calculation and processing of taxes payable, returns filing, and handling tax inquiries.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Perform VAT reporting to statutory agencies * Develop foreign, national, state, and local tax strategy * Consolidate and optimize total tax plan * Perform maintenance of tax master data * Perform tax planning/strategy * Perform capture and reporting of relevant tax data * Calculation and processing of payable taxes * Accounting of taxes * Monitor tax compliance * Preparation and filing of tax returns * Perform VAT Activities * Assist in addressing tax inquiries and assess tax noticesQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLSQualification: * Commerce or business administration graduate preferably post-graduate or * CA/CMA/ACCA/ Bachelor’s Degree in CommerceExperience: * 3-7 years of experience in accounting / taxation / finance fieldJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftApplication Question(s):Yrs of experience in tax data, calculation and processing of taxes payable, return filing and handling tax inquiries.Do you have experience in Hotel Industry?
