Job Description : Team Lead – (2200003M)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 10+ years
Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA
Job Responsibilities:
Technically assist the team and guide the team right from design to delivery in agile environment being a product owner
Ownership of integration modules/automation
Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments
Understand project requirements and developing work schedules for the team
Provide integration support to customer’s along with customer support teams
Motivate staff and create space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
Work with leaders to understand and implement product’s tech specifications
Participate in Design discussions, Functional specification reviews, Code inspections and test plan creation.
Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
Overseeing all stages of feature creation including design and development
Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints
Monitoring and evaluating feature development progress at each stage of the process
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in 2 or more languages (C/ C++ / Java / GoLang / Javascript / PHP.)
Mobile app development experience in one of iOS or Android is a plus
Experience in developing web applications and good knowledge of Networking or Cloud Infra (AWS/Google cloud) and exposure to git
Good understanding of protocols like HTTP, HTTPS and knowledge of Webservers (Apache and Nginx), Hands on with building Rest services
Strong at oral and written communication.
Experience in customer support and product integrations is a must
Must be ready to work in shifts
