About the role:

This role will be supporting Cvent’s Global Meeting & Event Program, consisting of 1,300+ annual events of all sizes and event formats. [AE1]

What You Will Be Doing
Develop deep understanding of Cvent Core Products & partner with Event Technology SME’s to closely monitor account performance, system usage, opportunities to increase and optimize usage of Cvent tool
Contribute to the setup, strategy, and design proof of concepts for workflow for Cvent Marketing Programs across multiple products – chiefly Cvent Event Solutions & Housing Module
Serve as the escalation POC and provide technical assistance for any attendee queries for Cvent’s Marketing Programs
Leverage expertise to become a critical collaborator with relevant groups across Event Technology and Global Demand Centre
Create and maintain documentation for internal processes and standard operating procedures to drive efficient process management as it relates to Cvent’s Marketing Programs
Work cross-functionally with marketing stakeholders to report on event KPI’s and identify areas of improvement
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Meetings & Events team Cvent account on enterprise-related system usage and strategic oversight
Understand enterprise-level event program requirements to ensure proper implementation, to include (not limited to): event calendars, meeting requests, budget, workflows, portals, asset libraries, relevant integrations, etc.
Responsible for the success of Cvent account system maintenance and user management

What you will need for this position
5+ years working with SaaS products
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Comfort working collaboratively with cross-functional teams – distributed team of Marketers & Tech Experts
Must be articulate, organized, detail oriented, and can multi-task in a dynamic, fast changing entrepreneurial environment
Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
Prior Experience in US Customer Service will be preferred
Preference would be given to candidates who have prior experience of having travelled, studied or worked abroad
Experience in working on online products, Applications & projects
Candidates should be ready to work night shifts
Experience using event technology is a plus
