About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Reception Team Leader to join Front Office team in Jumeirah Saadiyat Island Resort. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
To update guest details in the Opera (PMS) guest profile.
To maintain and update all departmental training records as per Jumeirah Policy.
To provide assistance in preparing statistical records required by the Sales Department or the Front Office Manager
To ensure that all guests receive a warm friendly welcome creating positive first impression of the hotel and its team.
To ensure that all queries and requests are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner.
To have a high level of product knowledge of the property and its facilities as well as the city of Abu Dhabi.
To maximize on sales opportunities up selling the suites and promoting the hotels and Jumeirah at Etihad Towers outlets as well as recreational facilities and our Spa.
To escort all guests checking in to the suite in the absence of the Guest Service Executive/Guest Relations, the Front Office Manager, or the Duty Manager.
To ensure that the Front Office Manager and The Manager, Guest Services are updated and informed of all feedback received from the guests
Must lead by example by demonstrating the Hallmarks and guiding principles in their role continuously.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in a Front office as a Front Office Executive or Team Leader
