Job Description : The Navigator (or Front of House/Cashier) has multiple important responsibilities at a Wingstop franchise, one very important responsibility includes wowing our guests. The Navigator spends more time than any other position interacting with guests, including:
Greeting guests when they arrive
Answering the phone
Taking accurate orders
Delivering complete orders
The Back of House team member has several different responsibilities, including:
Providing delicious “craveable” food that is “done right, on time”
Ensuring that safe food handling measures are always in place
Behaving professionally while serving amazing food
