Job Description

You will be in charge with managing the day to day operations of the two Team Member restaurants ensuring that all preparations and set up are up to the standards.
To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy related to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
Adhere to waste management program, segregate waste and do not pollute local environment. Reduce and Reuse
Adhere to HACCP & OSHAD safety standards

Qualifications

Candidates within UAE is an advantage
Experience in similar field is required
Experience of food and service field is required
Experience in managing food cost and menu planning is required
Additional Information
Able to relocate in a remote place.
