Job Description : • Job Description as detailed below:
Ensure filing of periodical returns with the RBI, FIU, NeSL and other statutory bodies before the due date.
Assist in RBI audit and compliance audit.
Ensure compliance with the statutory requirements and regulations prescribes for NBFC by RBI and all other applicable legislations.
Ensure Reporting of Fraud and STR within Due date.
Checking and attestation of CHG-1 and CHG-4 ROC Forms
Maintain and organize compliance record in consonance with internal control.
Tracking of regulatory changes and updating management on the same
Independent evaluation of KYC documents on a sample basis and releasing the report to the concerned departments.
Cash transaction Monitoring.
Develop and maintain regulatory policies and procedure under compliance.
Collaborate with all function team to facilitate implement of compliance requirements
Develop and disseminate compliance training and ongoing communications that helps drive companies culture of compliance
Advise and help the sales team for smooth conduct of Business.
