Job Description : Location: Bangalore / Remote OpportunityExperience: 2 to 5 yearsDesignation: Technical Content DeveloperNotice: Immediate to 15 DaysTechnical Stack Content developmentExcellent written, verbal communicationInstructional designingStoryboard writingProject management – basicBusiness and Technical acumenProficient in Articulate Storyline 2 and later OR similar rapid aithoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Lectora or AdaptWorks with subject matter experts to gather information, expert knowledge, example scenarios, use cases, course artefactsFollows an established instructional design model to ensure quality of training and process (e.g., ADDIE, evaluation models)Follows established standards and guidelines, defined processes, checklistsActs as subject matter expert when determining and, designing and developing curriculum through research, expert interviews, Dell team member inputs, and advanced functional/technical knowledgeWorks with technical SMEs and/or attends pilot training and recommends adjustments to courseware to achieve desired learning outcomesUses strong project management processes to ensure quality and timely completion of development projectsStays current in best practices, tools, and applications across learning and training industryDesigns, authors, and edits and moderately complex, e-learning virtual, blended, and classroom curriculumPartners with the business and subject matter experts to assess and customize training based on current and future needsTakes accountability and ownership of project assignmentsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹31,611.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Yes.Ability to commute/relocate:Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Content writing: 2 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Application Deadline: 24/03/2022
