We are looking for talent that can craft user-oriented impactful content and easy-to-understand product documentation in the most succinct way possible. Responsibilities:
Draft articles on a variety of technical topics like Javascript, AWS. Preferred – experience writing articles around the topics like – React, React Native, Design Tools, coding guides and other how-to technical blogs, etc.
Support other team members in reviewing and improving articles.
Work with internal teams to create product documentation.
Create strong content that is on par with company standards and audience goals.
Write straightforward user tutorials and interface text.
Utilize a variety of media forms; including images, code snippets, videos and charts.
Analyze current content and make improvements as necessary.
Skills:
Excellent writing skills with a flair for words.
Ability to understand the brand personality and tone and implement the same in writing styles.
Impeccable spelling and grammar.
Hawkeye level attention to detail.
Ability to churn out articles with speed and accuracy.
A deep understanding of a consumer’s online behavior and thought process.
Highly skilled in word processing software like Microsoft Word, Google Docs and Notion.
Familiarity with SEO best practices like keyword placement and meta description writing.
Experience with online marketing and lead generation is a plus.
Understanding of formatting articles on the web.
