As a Technical Content Writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality and understandable documentation with the goal to improve the success of our products.Duties And Responsibilities: Study product samplesCommunicate with product designers and developers to understand product detailsCollaborate with technical staffAnalyse and update existing and potential contentCreate and maintain the information architectureMake high-quality documentation that meets standards, is appropriate and easy to usevideo-documentation for plug-in products to attract customers and prevent switching.Regular/Periodical news-letters and follow ups to clients regarding products launch and features enhancements.Produce and distribute tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applicationsresearch and collect usability feedback from customers and designersHandle Social Media ActivitiesRequirements And Qualifications: 3 years of experience as a Technical Content Writer or similar role2 years of experience in technical writing of software documentationFreshers also can applyAbility to translate highly technical information into easily understandable information for customersCreative skills and usage of photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understandingExcellent written skills in EnglishKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeA minimum of a BCA / MCA /B.Tech in IT or CSEProfessional Writing or Creative Writing is a big plusCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsGood time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skillsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, FresherSalary: ₹120,000.00 – ₹180,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Common Surfaces are sanitised regularly and social distancing is also maintained.Ability to commute/relocate:Bhubaneswar, Bhubaneshwar – 751016, Odisha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Content writing: 2 years (Required)total work: 2 years (Required)Language:Hindi (Required)English (Required)
