(MS Office skills, specifically MS Excel & Word)Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of designing product manualsOutstanding interpersonal skills and strong team player.Familiarity with web- based software and relational databases.Strong problem solving skills.Understanding of most concepts, practices, and procedures of manufacturing industries.Ability to interact with client management and implementation teams.Ability to manage difficult customer expectations in a professional mannerCandidate should have self-disciplined, confident, enthusiast, ready to learn.Good analytical and problem- solving skillsIndividual must have a strong quality focusBasic knowledge of Product Database Management (PDM) and familiarity with AutoCAD & 3D modeling software is a plus.Job detail & responsibility: -Discover and drive innovative tech communication initiatives, include assessing strategies for intelligent content, content management, and translations.Determine, organize, write and execute the needs of end-users of technical documentation for respective products.Good command in Word, PowerPoint and Excel sheet.Perform documentation as per industry code and standard with the use of photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understandingExcellent English language with good oral &written communication should be reflected in work.Meeting the target of documentation, product manual schedule with communicating team leader time to time.Generation, compiling and keeping equipment documentation and report up to date as per Design release change or reverse engineering.Close interaction and support to control and assembly department to validate product manuals.Routinely work with engineering department and other technology experts to understand and manage the flow of complex information among project workgroups during development and testing with diverse professional backgrounds.Ability to get basic knowledge of Product Database Management (PDM) and familiarity with CAD modelling software is a must.Execute projects in given timelines as per allotted and to maintain quality of the documentation which is delivered.Discover and drive innovative tech communication initiatives, include assessing strategies for intelligent content, content management, and translations.Determine, organize, write and execute the needs of end-users of technical documentation for respective projects.Perform documentation as per industry code and standard with the use of photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understandingSound knowledge & experience of AutoCAD Layout drawings and drafting standards, office tools, presentation skills required for product manuals, instruction manuals.Strong understanding knowledge of engineering design, manufacturing process of parts, Engineering materials science.Understanding and application of sensors, controls of mechanical elements, Electrical & pneumatics parts using various standard.Report generation, support to trails, testing, other department, documentation support for various product manual.Ability to work in engineering team and maintain positive relationship with team and other department.ISO documentation knowledge as per industry standard and norms.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusEducation:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:Content writing: 4 years (Preferred)total work: 5 years (Preferred)
