As a technical recruiter at BambooHR, your focus will be to partner with engineering, IT, and AI division leaders and hiring managers to attract, interview, and hire great tech talent. This includes attracting passive candidates who can add to our culture, so we can continue to be one of the best places to work in Silicon Slopes and nationwide.

Specifically, here’s what you’ll do:

Partner with tech leaders to architect and manage the full hiring cycle for these teams. From hiring forecasts to offer letters, you’ll have ownership over the quality and efficiency of the process.
Participate in hiring forecast meetings with division leaders and executives to understand company needs and recruiter workload.
Conduct in-depth intake meetings with hiring managers to understand the role details, challenges, EVP, as well as define the interview process.
Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn and other sources.
Engage on social media—primarily LinkedIn—and add value to the community.
Evaluate market trends related to your area of focus including compensation analysis, market adjustments, title changes, new tech, etc.
Lead out on HR and Talent Acquisition projects to optimize processes or develop new ones.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
1+ years recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, IT professionals, etc.
Proactive attitude and willingness to tackle new situations.
Previous experience using LinkedIn as a primary tool for sourcing high-impact candidates.
Demonstrable experience identifying, screening, and closing passive candidates.
