*About You: *
You will provide customers timely support via email, telephone, and our support forum for the NinjaTrader product line. Perform pre and post sales customer service calls. Perform entry level sales and marketing tasks. Be a liaison between the customer base and the NinjaTrader development team to diagnose software bugs. Become a power user of Outlook, HelpSpot, Confluence, Jira and other applications that increase your productivity. Host live online NinjaTrader sales presentations and training sessions. You will become an expert on the NinjaTrader product line.
*Key Job Requirements: *
The ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Proven ability to provide technical support
Strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills required
Knowledge of the trading industry is desired, but not required
Demonstrated PC skills and knowledge
