Important Information: This role is based in Whitefield and works in the 12 pm to 9 pm shift (cab provided).
Job Description
Kaseya is seeking smart, energetic and personable technical writer for our growing team. In our collaborative, global environment, you will work closely with our team of professional technical writers to produce user documentation covering our security products.
Kaseya technical writers are individual contributors who are passionate about users and the systems. Our technical writers properly communicate how a user will best utilize the products from both a technical and business-oriented perspective through highly engaging materials.
Job Location: Whitefield
Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in software documentation.
Role & Responsibilities
Work alongside product managers to create content that educates and assists our users in successfully implementing and growing within the products
Create high-quality user documentation for target user personas for assigned market segments
Assist the product management team with in-application walkthroughs that follow the user guides and best practices
Support product teams on releases to draft and publish release notes with updates to the features and documenting new features.
Good to have an understanding of security systems including identity and access management, dark web monitoring, and phishing testing and training.
You should have proven experience as a technical writer with a good understanding of how users will use help documentation.
Qualifications
Willing to work in the 12 pm to 9 pm shift (we provide cab pickup and drop)
Graduate in any field with relevant experience of at least two years
Prior experience as a technical writer either in an agency or in a technology company is a must
Ability to quickly learn new software platforms
Strong writing, organizational and project management skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Willing to work in afternoon shift
