We will educate you, inform you and give you the full freedom to make a smart choice for your energy deal by keeping our work ethics and trust central, we won’t let you down.Our team goes through all the hassle on your behalf to give you the best possible rates for your gas and electricity.Purpose of the job: To contact potential customers by phone to sell electricity and gas contracts along with other related services.Working in a newly formed telesales team you will be expected to contact a number of customers to sell utility contracts, appropriately collect and record customer data and information, and gather market information to improve market research.To develop and maximize commercial opportunities with potential customers.To provide a strong level of service at all times.Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:Key Accountabilities: To achieve personal sales targets, including call rates, lead generation, and contract sales.To contribute towards the delivery of the team and organisational sales targets.To sell gas and electricity supply contracts, to customers ensuring required Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are achieved.To lead the generation and appointment arranging for Field Sales.To gain information from interaction with customers to improve and help define sales approach.Accurate and timely update of internal systems.Ensuring accurate customer take-on according to process.Adherence to Sales Limits of Authority and other internal process and risk frameworks.Where appropriate, ensure that contract disputes are resolved in a timely manner.Outcome, Results and Key Performance Indicators: Achievement of budgeted sales as per personal targets, including number of sales, number of calls and number of quotes.Lead generation and appointment setting for the Field Sales team.To develop pipeline and referral opportunities for future sales.To maximize sales revenue.To work closely with colleagues to ensure contracts operate effectively and required information is provided in a timely fashion.To provide support to other departments when required to ensure each contract operates effectively.To actively contribute towards the delivery of the team and department sales targets.Qualifications : Any Graduate or Post Graduate.Required Qualifications, Skills or ExperienceKnowledge of the UK Energy Market with special reference to supply and services provision (preferable)NumeracyVerbal ReasoningAbility to resolve complex issuesMicrosoft Office proficientNegotiation skillsKnowledge of sales techniques and optimizationPlanning and development against objectivesRelationship ManagementExperience: Proven telesales experienceDeveloped experience of sales process and techniques and optimizationPrevious industry experienceApplication Deadline: 15/2/2022Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEvening shiftUK shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)Sales: 2 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Hindi (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
