Proven experience in an IT leadership development or operations role Proven technical expertise in an IT role Good knowledge of risk management Demonstrated ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders
A track record of delivery Thorough understand of ISO20022 messaging
An excellent working understanding of Linux Oracle Websphere Application Server Websphere MQ and Mulesoft
A broad understanding of IT hardware software operations and networks
Excellent knowledge of all stages of application development process from specification and design development and testing through to implementation and training
Has an excellent knowledge of the project lifecycle tools and methodologies used in the Group to include Risk Based Project Management System Development Lifecycle and Agile
Understand the global strategies of banking organizations business and IT Communication and inter personal skills including the capacity to articulate the case for IT investments and alternatives in the language of the business
Strong risk awareness identification mitigation and control Excellent planning and organizational skills
Self-motivation and initiative Strong leadership and management ability motivating IT employees
Strong hands on approach Find logical solutions to problems and manage to resolution
Be able to budget track and control project expenditure
Proven ability to prioritizes competing demands Regional local IT and business strategy
