Job Description : TARGET BASED JOBCANDIDATE PROFILE: -1.The candidate age should be between 22-26.2.The candidate should be a local resident of lucknow.3.The candidate should have two wheeler with good average and driving license.4.The candidate should have at-least minimum 1 year of sales experience in hospital sales.Probation Period: -Probation period will be applicable for 2 months from date of joining.1st month: -A) If sales achieved is less than 10% of the business target then you shall receive 5% of your sales.B) If you achieve more than the target fixed by the organization every month then you will be awarded with 3% of the sale amount exceeding the target as incentive every month and this amount will get accumulated and will be paid after every 2 months.2nd month: -A) If sales achieved is less than 10% of the business target then you shall receive 5% of your sales.B) If you achieve more than the target fixed by the organization every month then you will be awarded with 3% of the sale amount exceeding the target as incentive every month and this amount will get accumulated and will be paid after every 2 months.Post Probation Period: -A) Salary: You will be entitled to receive salary of (8K-12K)/per month.B) If sales achieved is less than 10% of the business target then you shall receive 5% of your sales.C) If sale achieved is less than 40% of the business target than you shall receive 50% of the entitled salary.D) If your achievement of target is less then 75% after 6 months from the date of joining than company shall be at liberty to terminate your service after giving 1-month notice.E) If you achieve more than the target fixed by the organization every month then you will be awarded with 3% of the sale amount exceeding the target as incentive every month and this amount will get accumulated and will be paid after every 2 months.The monthly business target fixed by company is liable to periodic revisionAllowances: -A) Expenses: You will be governed by travel allowance for the official field work and on duty as applicable from time to time. You will be paid 130rs/working day as fuel and food allowanceB) Outstation reimbursement will be applicable when out of lucknow.Increment: Appraisal of your base salary will be conducted every year post your date of joining. Increment will be based upon your performance and you will be entitled to the sale If your performance is found to be satisfactory during the year of service in terms of efficiency, regularity, punctuality & discipline. Increments will be withheld If your performance is found unsatisfactory. Grant of increments is not automatic.Location: -A) Your Place of work will be based at Lucknow.B) You are required to submit your daily reports on per day basis in hand in respect of your field working promptly on basis to office situated in Lucknow. If failed to do so you will be not be considered for the work for that specific day and no entitlements would be awarded.PAYMENTS: -The sale will not be treated as sale unless the company gets the payment. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all the bills of your parties are paid within the specified days as per the rules and regulations the company which are in force at present or which may alter in future.Notice PeriodA notice of 1 month is required during the post probation period of your employment with the company by either party to terminate this contract. Notice period is considered to start from the point the termination letter is received by the either party.During probation period if your performance or conduct is found unsatisfactory than company hold the liberty to terminate your service during probation after giving one-week notice.Working Hours, Holidays and LeaveNormal working hours of the company are 11AM to 7.00PM.The mentioned hours are flexible depending upon the sales meeting scheduled with the potential hospital Monday to Saturday. Sunday is holiday.MedicalYou will be entitled for one medical leave per month.Job Responsibilities and Duties: -1. You are expected to make 10 quality & productive hospital & doctor call and report in the format as provided by company subjected to revision every day.2. You will make all efforts, apply your skills and knowledge & use your relationship to make every doctor & hospital call productive & ensure generation of orders during your meeting with doctors/administrative staff & beyond meetings through reminders.3. Every day you will have to make coverage of your listed doctors and hospitals as per visit plan to the extent of minimum 95% i.e. with triple, double & single visit as stipulated in a month failing which financial/disciplinary action might be taken against you.4. Preparation of monthly sales report5. To clear all market outstanding of your operational area.6. Any other directives given from time to time.7. Collection of order adhering to our credit policy system.8. Reporting must be done physically at the office itself in the morning as well as evening at the office timings.9. In case of emergency leave you are required to take a prior permission from the organization.
