Position : Test Drive Business Analyst
Job Description : Nutanix experienced data analyst who is familiar with SaaS sales-cycle processes and metrics. You will have a cusrious mentality and be eager to dive deeper to uncover trends and insights that help guide the operational efficiency of Test Drive Leads. This is an opportunity to influence the future of the industry, especially around hybrid multicloud through Nutanix’s bold product led growth vision.
Reporting to the Director of SaaS marketing, this role will oversee the alignment & evolution of Test drive to an end-to-end, learn, try & buy experience for target users. You will work closely with Test Drive team, SDR function, Marketing Operations.
Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain standardized and digestible BI dashboards, report metrics & KPIs using sales trends, marketing, and customer usage data and leverage this as a strategic planning tool for the Test Drive organization.
Help research trends, attribution data, and Global & regional performance to aid in the development of Test Drive strategies and programs
Develop and monitor both internal and management metrics to support leadership in making business decisions, including monitoring of OKRs.
Prepare QBRs materials for global & theater teams.
Own Ad hoc analysis, reporting, and presentation building
Act as PoC for Test Drive related SFDC reporting.
Own monthly business communication & newsletter to internal stakeholders
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years’ experience in reporting & analytics in high growth B2B SaaS environment.
Expert with Salesforce & BI (Tableau) front-end development experience with strong knowledge of data storytelling and the ability to design dashboards to tell the story
Experience with data-driven analysis and user testing is a plus
Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated capabilities interpreting data and qualitative research and distilling into actionable takeaways.
Technical competence to autonomously build out a robust analytics suite: deep experience with analytics and data design (SQL) and visualization tools is required, and coding skills (R/Python)
Bachelors’ degree in a related field with Data Science / Statistics background
