Position : Ticket Booth Staff

Job Description : As a member of the ticket booth staff you will be responsible for providing customers with exceptional customer service from start to finish. Upon greeting guests, you’ll help them with ticket sales, explanation of the various attractions, and any additional questions. At other positions you’ll provide rules and safety information, as well as monitor guests while they are in the various attractions. Operating a cash register, answering the phones, operating games, and completing regular cleaning are also relevant parts of the job.
Responsibilities:

Operate a register and provide correct change when paying with cash
Perform daily cleaning duties before opening and throughout shift
Assist customers with questions or concerns, contacting management when appropriate
Provide attraction instructions and admit guests at appropriate intervals
Monitor guests as they go through each attraction
Operate games in a timely manner
Walk through maze on an hourly basis to maintain safety and cleanliness
Answer phone and provide guest with information
Assist with inventory tracking and stocking
Direct customers where they need to go
Redeem online ticket sales and record them appropriately

Abilities:

Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, sit, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to occasionally use small power tools as needed
Ability to restock items as needed
Ability to use computers and other electronics

Qualifications:

Ability to provide courteous and prompt customer service
Ability to safely operate attractions and equipment throughout the entire shift
Ability to perform general cleaning duties to acceptable standards
Ability to work with a team as well as independently
Ability to be organized and multitask
Ability to follow instructions or provide instructions when necessary
Ability to use computer for online ticket redemption

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
