Project: This is a 3 million sq. ft. high-rise residential project in south Mumbai with a panoramic view of the racecourse, comprising of three 250 metres – 270 metres tall towers, 3 basements, and a nine-level podium structure with 60-70 habitable floors.
We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking project leader to join our established and growing team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing leadership and managing the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of the project.
Supervising senior managers and managers.
Reviewing and assuring deliverables.
Implementing engagement review and quality assurance procedures striving to achieve excellence in all areas.
Minimising Mace exposure and risk.
Managing scope and mitigates risk.
Managing fees in all respects, addresses and resolves all billing issues.
Handling difficult personnel situations directly, using appropriate discretion, HR advice, and respect for the individual.
Understanding the implications of different technical choices and is able to guide our clients to the best solution for their situation.
Communicating effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies.
Defining ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Maintaining lasting client relationships.
Ensuring practice delivers superior solutions to clients.
Providing senior-level resolution to client issues.
About you
You have a degree qualification in civil engineering and a member of a professional institute. You have local experience and international project delivery experience. You will have experience in retail, hotel, hospitality and commercial projects. You have strong knowledge and appreciation of health and safety.
You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You have significant experience in construction or consultancy background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
