Position : Transactions Specialist II – Cash Services

Job Description : Transaction Specialists II
The Transaction Specialist job family includes functions required to process deposit transactions which consist of currency and check items, data key, and balancing. The process entails operating and maintaining high speed and low speed equipment to capture and sort items.
As a Transaction Specialist, you will:

Process transactions, currency orders, and balance daily activity
Refer customer adjustments over $100 to Team/Unit Lead
Prepare transactions for processing on high-speed equipment
Reconcile and balance daily activity and currency shipments for main vault
Handle the processing or settlement of transactions
Resolve transaction exceptions
Perform routine inquiries and research
Complete operational balancing and reconciliations
Handle open items
May have direct customer contact
Analyzes information to determine accuracy and completeness of data
Settles and process transactions

Work Schedule: Flexible Start Available (latest start 9 AM) : 7 AM – 3:30 PM; Monday Friday – On Site Required (Training Schedule The Same)
Qualifications & Skills

High School Diploma or Equivalent GED
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
10 key operating skills
MS Office skills
Ability to lift 40 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Operations knowledge
Business process and procedures
Cash handling experience
