Our client Leading Hospital Group in UAE requires for their headquarter in Abu Dhabi:
TRANSLATOR
Provide professional written and verbal translation services to patients and the company
Roles and responsibilities:
Provide professional interpretation and translation services to patients
Effectively address patient queries and concerns and ensure written documents accurately reflect information shared
Translate written documents for use by both patients, clients and team members
Assist with relevant cultural awareness sessions designed to educate and sensitise others toward cultural differences
Requisitos
Education and knowledge
A Grade 12 qualification
A relevant formal qualification in a medical field will be an advantage
Conflict resolution skills
Verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
Client service principles
Facilitation skills
Experience and skills
At least 2 years’ experience in a healthcare setting
