We need a Transportation & Compliance Coordinator to handle the essential day-to-day operations for our quickly growing portfolio of brand partners. This role is instrumental in growing our business by strengthening relationships both internally and externally through excellent customer service. This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, Utah.

What is a day in the life of a Transportation & Compliance Coordinator?

Ensure all shipments are created properly in respective Transportation Management System(s)
Communicate with customers and coworkers who have inquiries about shipping activities
Facilitate carrier onboarding and compliance
Review shipment invoices for accuracy & assist internal finance with invoice coding

What will I need to thrive in this role?

1-2 years of experience in a customer service, operations, transportation, warehousing, or logistics role
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think strategically and act quickly

What does high performance look like?

Proactively monitor customer shipments to ensure on-time pick-ups and deliveries
Initiative to identify and execute process improvements
Growing existing accounts by providing best-in-class service
Create and manage reports as needed

What is the team like?

You will work with the other Sales and Operations Managers and be supervised by the VP of Borderless Freight. You will also be mentored by the President of Borderless and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
