Job Description : Overview:

POSITION SUMMARY:
Transporter is responsible for performing patient transports and patient transfers using the appropriate equipment while adhering to safe patient handling policies and procedures. Position is also responsible for picking up and delivering specimens, patient care items, visitors between patient care units and other ancillary departments
Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
Certifications: American Heart Association BLS.
Other skills/knowledge: Basic computer knowledge
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 6 months patient care and/or customer service
