Position : Treasury Assistant

Job Description : Reporting and assisting the Branch Manager and the CFO with the company’s treasury activities.
Prepare and communicate all previous and daily bank related matters.
Investigate, respond and resolve discrepancies with bank transactions.
Attend, address and respond to suppliers’ concerns related to bank transaction issues.
Maintain and manage financial records such as bank related documents and daily transaction records.
Check, inspect and verify banking information (as required).
Assists the finance team about treasury related matters.
Reconcile bank payments and records.
Initiate daily bank transactions including cheques.
Prepare and upload daily cash report of the Group by bank accounts.
Any other tasks as directed by the Branch Manager and the CFO.
