Project Role :Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : a: Associated to the enhancement upgrade/patching, or implementation of new or existing technology solutions b: Provide oversight and facilitation of the IT change management process c: Review, recommend and monitor the source code/versioning management function adhering to technical management guidelines d: Provide technical leadership and ownership of issues across multiple disciplines and technologies e: Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting
Technical Experience : a: Must have 4 plus years of experience in TSM b: Knowledge of IBM iSeries system administration and troubleshooting c: Knowledge of IBM iSeries networked systems, access and security guidelines and procedures d: Understanding of internal controls and change management processes e: Skill in solving technically challenging problems involving IBM iSeries based application and hardware issues f: Skill in prioritizing and balancing multiple tasks
