Job Description : One of our well reputed client, a government organisation, based in Sharjah Emirate, is looking to hire UAE National for the available IT Support Executive position !
Candidate Profile:
Should be UAE National with family book (a resident of Sharjah). Others please excuse!
Education : Bachelors degree in IT/ related field (MUST)!
Candidate should have 3-5 years prior work experience in in the following:
Online System Support : Handling staff request, system permissions, testing new and old features
Technical Support-ePortal (via phone, mail,etc)
Technical Support -Back office
Queue System Support
IT Consumables inventory
Female candidates preferred!
Salary package : To be discussed directly with the candidate during interview!
