Job Description : Job descriptionClearly articulate the Web/App design vision and then collaborate closely with product owners and technology team to ideate new products and featuresIdentify design opportunities for increasing app retention and web engagement well beyond benchmark ratesCreate wireframes, visual designs, beautiful icons and elegant layouts for any type of device (desktop, mobile)Develop pixel-perfect specs and design documentation, based on product requirementsWork within existing style guidelines and create a consistent look that aligns with IFANOW’s brand guidelinesContribute to and maintain our overall design language and unique voiceBecome a catalyst more than a conformist to conventional app design trends and evangelize that same thinking inside the companyAnalyze data-driven insights and user research to inform design decisionsCollaborate closely with developers to ensure creative styles are within technical constraintsRequirementsMinimum 1 year of professional UI/UX design with web/mobile app focusBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in design or a related fieldStrong verbal, written, visual communication skills in EnglishExtensive portfolio of work across multiple platforms (UI design, illustration, brand development)Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Invision or related prototyping softwareUnderstanding of UI, UX, interaction design, HCI and animation principlesBasic understanding of HTML/CSSAttention to detail and consistencyThrive in a fast-paced environment and able to collaborate with a team, as well as being able to work autonomouslyPassionate about being apart of an integral part of solving complex problems with simple, easy-to-use solutionsComfortable giving and receiving critical design feedbackAbility to present design in the context of strategy and user/cultural insights with a persuasive, collaborative approachCommitted to meeting deadlines and skilled at handling multiple projects simultaneouslySelf-driven, independent with a commitment to excellenceJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,384.00 – ₹25,682.00 per monthBenefits:Provident FundSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Figma: 1 year (Preferred)UX/UI: 1 year (Preferred)
