Role: Executive Central Sales Operations
Qualification Any Graduation
Experience 1 + Years
Location – Pune / Bangalore (Work From Office)
Role:
The individual will have primary day-to-day responsibility for increasing Sales in his/her
assigned network of traders, wholesalers and large institutes or key accounts of commodity
in urban, semi urban and rural areas through Calling.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Managing communication between key client stakeholders and internal teams
Good Sales Acumen
Responsible for revenues and best in class customer experience for the assigned Customers.
Responsible for bulk sales of commodities.
Negotiating deals with client and ensuring best in class service
Ensuring Order Fulfilment by working with different internal stakeholders.
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going
Listening to the customer’s needs to generate repeat sales
Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
Answering customer’s questions on the products
Meeting sales targets
Skills Required:
Experience in the domain of sales.
Aptitude to work in a fast-paced organization with active listening, negotiation, facilitation,
and reasoning skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build bonds with both internal and external
stakeholders
Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account.
Proven results of delivering meeting sales goals.
