What you’ll be doing
Produce and optimize graphics, and other creative assets across our owned brand experiences
Partner with content teams, web teams, and senior graphic designers to produce imagery, collateral, social media posts, and a variety of other assets
Align all designs to the current brand style guide
Strong understanding of core design principles (padding, leading, typography, layout, alignment)
Optimize imagery, animations, video, and other assets
Be part of a design culture that moves quickly
Present your work regularly and be able to understand feedback and apply it to your work
Be flexible and iterative in your approach to process, work, and cross-functionally collaborate
Use your attention to detail to produce high quality, precise, meticulous work
Be part of a fun and collaborative team of designers to deliver amazing brand experiences
What you bring to the team
3+ years of experience as a production/graphic/visual designer
A portfolio of work showcasing a variety of production projects and deliverables
Self-directed, motivated, and resourceful working style – ability to thrive in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
Ability to learn quickly – excited to grow with a go-getter attitude
Collaborative, supportive, and friendly attitude – ability to partner well with cross organizational teams
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
Experience in After Effects is a plus
Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously
The ability to be open to design direction and candid feedback
