Roles and Responsibility
Job Description
To create the mobile ecosystem for the next billion smartphone users from emerging markets in their native language.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop strategies to design new products and incorporate effective technology to ensure dominant position in market.
Facilitate interview to hire appropriate employee and provide training to achieve all organisational goals.
Monitor all complaints and problems and ensure timely resolution for all.
Establish methods to improve technology resources for company and ensure effective product utilisation.
Ensure appropriate implementation of all methodologies and development process.
Design strategic plans to provide effective product development.
Coordinate with directors and senior members and ensure appropriate utilisation of resources.
Assist human resource department in recruitment of staff and ensure appropriate functioning of production process.
Develop & amp; maintain the organisational vision and keep us on schedule.
You’ll be continuously keeping an eye on the latest cutting edge technologies and
leveraging these in one’s own and the team’s work as necessary.
Care about the business results of what you build, not just the elegance of the technology you build.
And of course get hands dirty by writing code.
Eligibility
A true technology visionary.
Who can push hard to team to hit a deadline even if it means yet another all-nighter or weekend.
Should be a true exemplar of engineering
Responsible for innovation and comes up with the technology and architecture and can plan team accordingly
Can plan technical direction and about understanding how the product will meet the end users/market expectations
Should be a producer of the solution, not the team leader
Should keep the balance between recruiting and departures in sync
Should be a next logical staffer.
Program management and engineering execution
Technical leadership
Strong penchant for Object Oriented Design.
Prior experience in implementing Agile software methodologies.
Taking responsibility and ownership in the team’s work.
