Job Description : Waiter/ess- Private Dining- Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort – (210000DL)

To offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience in their room
To anticipate and service of guests’ requirements before requests is necessary.
To complete opening and closing side work as assigned and has all trays and trolleys set according to standard.
To be able to explain the Private Dining menu including special and children’s menu.
To utilize the hotel’s computer system ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and completing closing readings.
To carry trays and load and push trolleys in an appropriate manner in accordance with set standards
To ascertain a guest’s satisfaction and handle any problem, which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved.
1 year experience in a similar position in a quality focused establishment
