Job Description : SUMMARY:
Under direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, this role is responsible for the upkeep and movement of warehouse inventory. While the role covers a range of responsibilities that interact with the interior design company’s needs, this position is often self motivated and independent.
DUTIES:

Warehouse Associate will be mostly at Warehouse location for an interior design company and share some duties at the company’s newly opened store as well as opening packages and upkeep at storage units.
Inventory is mostly furniture and household decor, Associate is expected to catalogue, track, and move inventory according to need (to store, to clients, to storage)

Associate manages inventory using 2 online systems: Lightspeed and Sortly. Basic computer proficiency and communication through google excel sheets and email. REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO PHYSICALLY LIFT UP TO 75 LBS CONSISTENTLY. Must be comfortable climbing ladders and minor handy skills ( Preferred) MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND SOME USE OF CAR BETWEEN
LOCATIONS.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE?
High school diploma Preferred 2 years relevant or transferrable experience Willing to take direction and learn Effective communication and timely responses Must pay attention to detail in cataloguing and inventory movement High organization skills greatly wanted

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Warehouse experience: 2 years (Preferred)
