Position : Warehouse/Shipping/Delivery Assistant
Job Description : Full-time position starting at $25/hr with annual raises.
Work entails:
1) handling and delivering inventory at our home office, and also delivering those items to different local sites using our van.
2) some computer work (simple but repetitive)
3) 8am to 5pm Tuesday and Thursday, with non-paid 1-hour lunch break, for the 1st two weeks: this is the trial period.
If all goes well, 40 paid hours will be offered after 2-week trial
8am to 5pm Monday through Friday, with non-paid 1-hour lunch break.
Must have a valid CA driver’s license with no more than 3 points on driver’s license history in the last 3 years. No DUI on DL record. No felony on personal records.
This is a drug-free environment no cannabis products or cigarette smoking permitted during work hours.
Must have basic computer skills, but we will train you on specific tasks.
Must have a reasonable amount of physical strength for lifting up to 50 lb boxes at a time (inventory and supplies), for loading and unloading these items in/out of our cargo van.
We are looking for a person that can work independently with accuracy in required job description.
We are looking for a person to take on this position for minimum of one year – this is not a short-term position.
Must have a reasonable amount of physical endurance for doing repetitive physical work.
We prefer someone who lives within 25 miles of Studio City, since so many of our job sites are in that area.
