We are inclusive and engaging.Our work environment includes:Wellness programsCasual work attireJob SummaryPlan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goodsDrive a zero tolerance mindset for deviation from the quality processes to ensure customer satisfaction is met fullyPlan future capacity requirementsKeep up to date and respond accordingly to all enquiriesEnsure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled with automated system utilising help of the warehouse teamEnsure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to goods in and goods out including labelling of all stock itemsEnsure that any IT and automated systems are accurate and up to dateIdentify any systems improvements and drive through recommendations for changeEnsure efficient and effective use of warehouse space to include layout and future capacity requirementsReview ways to reduce wasteDevelop and maintain metrics/KPIs, reports, process documentation, customer service logs and training and safety recordsCreate policies and procedures for warehouse activities and ensure all systems meet the standards for accreditation in line with the quality systemsContinuously review ways to aid efficiency, add value and reduce costs as well as delivering continuous improvement initiativesCreate and implement best practice warehousing principles, policies and processesEnsure that health and safety meets the required standards and that risk assessments are carried outEnsure any hazardous materials are stored in accordance with requirementsEstablish, monitor and maintain high standards of security in the warehouse by setting security proceduresEnsure that vehicles, machinery and equipment is well maintained and fit for purposeEnsure that all lifting and manoeuvring of product is carried out in accordance with manual handling proceduresEnsure that staff comply to health, safety and environmental regulations and work safely to protect themselves and others in the warehouse environmentEnsure a clean and tidy working environment to aid operational efficiencyRequired Experience, Skills and QualificationsExperience:Retail/Wholesale Industry (Preferred)Warehouse Management (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Location:Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (Required)Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹96,000.00 – ₹120,000.00 per yearSchedule:Morning shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
